T. Nicole Kelley, CRNP, is a board‑certified nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in aesthetics and trauma plastic surgery. She provides a wide range of nonsurgical cosmetic treatments at the Esteem Cosmetic Center and also cares for patients in the Facial Nerve Clinic, supporting those with facial paralysis and asymmetry due to conditions such as Bell’s palsy, trauma, or cancer. She specializes in neurotoxins, facial and hand rejuvenation, laser therapies and sclerotherapy for spider veins. With a focus on restoring confidence and improving facial function, she is dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best.
